ORVALIONEX reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services at any time for breach of these Terms. Users may terminate agreements in accordance with written contractual provisions.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in competent courts with appropriate jurisdiction.
